My Story
Welcome! My name is Cris.
​
I started setting tile in Tucson, Arizona right after high school in 1985 and never looked back. After learning the trade, I went to work with a commercial company called Conway Tile. After 5 years in Tucson, I moved up to Washington State and opened my own business which I proudly named "Arizona Tile".
​
My business continued to grow as I perfected my art and I started winning awards for my work. I won the "Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence Award" (MAME), which is a prestigious home building industry award, from the owner of Dupont Plastics on Mercer Island, WA.
​
I got married to my wife and business partner, Amy, who learned the trade very quickly and became my right hand. I have three beautiful kids with her and a very happy life.
